The room was super clean and very comfy. i ordered chicken jalfrezi, rice and fries from the restaurant. It was quite nice. the lady at check-in was pleasant.

i paid an additional fee for parking, but i received a parking ticket for time spent in the drop off area. i was unloading bags and checking in when this happened. i emailed the hotel asking them to cancel the ticket. there was no response.

the location was convenient for the airport.

The tv signal was terrible. i reported this to the hotel staff, but nothing changed. The reception remained poor throughout my stay. also, the food prices were too high. It cost way too much to add a small amount of prawns to my meal.

i paid an additional fee for parking. despite this, i received a £100 parking ticket for time spent in the drop off area while unloading bags and checking in. it is disappointing to get a ticket for a brief stop in a drop-off area.
